Do you charge a call-out fee?
Quotes are free and no-obligation — we don't charge to come and quote a job. Where a job needs fault-finding, that's charged at £60+VAT for the first hour and £50+VAT per hour after, always agreed in writing before we start.
How quickly can you come out?
Mon–Fri 8am–5pm across Scunthorpe and surrounding North Lincs villages. Hull, Grimsby and Doncaster are covered during the same working week — call as early in the day as possible.
Do you do small jobs?
Yes — a dripping tap or a running toilet is a 30-minute job and that's exactly what we quote it as. No minimum-hour padding.
